  The cinema is now a few years old and in that time it would seem not a whole lot of maintenance has been completed and some of the chairs are worse for wear but recently they lowered the price for cinebuzz members making tickets $10 each this is a huge plus and warrants the 4 star rating.

  Went to see a film with my brother on a rare time together. Turned up just on time but easy to make the film considering there are usually 20 minutes of ads and previews and nobody was in line. After ordering the ticket I was told that it's cash only as the EFTPOS was down. The person serving was clearly a senior in the business. She knew what film we were trying to catch. Had no cash so she told us there was an ATM next door. Next door was Subway with no ATM, so had to go searching and found one in the pub across the road. Return to a now short line that was taking ages to serve, with one guy recording names on a piece of paper. Another guy was just standing there doing nothing. By the time we finally were served the film had already started. Very unhappy with the service. Had been there many times, always to ridiculously slow lines. This was the last straw.

  The popcorn is always fresh, and the staff aren't pushy about getting meals or extra items, the worst they have done is suggest combining items together to save a couple of bucks.

  Interactive movie night! They had clowns and people running around scaring us. Was very enjoyable and funny. Great seating and the popcorn was on point

  Never feels crowded unless you're going in peak time or premiere week.
