    They have officially refused to refund or exchange our PS4 slim that was purchased for christmas in December of 2016. 4mths of use and a completely broken hard drive. Even after Sony have confirmed it is now useless. Only 4mths! I will now return to only purchasing similar items at Harvey Norman Warrawong where they go above and beyond to abide by ACCC standards where repairing or replacing is concerned.
