  Absolutely PUTRID!!!!! - Store Manager Timothy was very rude. Booked more than 3 different types of tyres with the national sales booking team, and was called back and told each and every time that because they weren't the exact specification that came on the car factory, that he (Tim) WOULD NOT install them. Then was told he wont even try to offer the same discount on a set that he WOULD fit to the car, went from $194.00 a tyre to $370 a tyre and would include alignment for free, sent quote without alignment, refused to agree on paper, held onto our car at their shop overnight, still didn't fit new tyres. Furthermore, I was told if I wanted a discount, I would have to waste more of my own time calling OTHER tyre shops, and asking for prices, that he wasn't prepared to offer a discount to me unless I supplied a quote from another retailer. Even though the first 4 quotes were discounted heavily, he wouldn't offer ANY form of discount similar to the previous sets ordered and denied. As the legal owner of the car, I have EVERY right to fit whatever tyres I want to the car, as long as they conform to NSW legislation.

  The second time, I had a flat tyre so called and asked if they had a vacancy for that day, but I needed to have it done in my one hour lunch break. I could take my lunch at any time to fit around them, but I only had one hour including travel time (10 mins each way)

  Do not use these liars if you're looking to stay within a time frame, the time they take for minor jobs is ridiculous

  Been going there for almost 7 years and these guys are great. Always reliable, and very honest. If there's something legitimately wrong they'll tell me, but if it's not that important they let me know. They'll match or try to beat tyre prices as well so do your research.

  I booked in for a wheel alignment a week in advance and it took them close to two hours to do it.

  Got there at 2 and they asked me to come back the next day! As I can't drive around on a flat I told them I can't. Had to wait40 mins before they even started, another 15 for the fitting and I'm late to get back to work :(
